I've read many Baldacci books from other series like the Camel Club and Memory Man as well as several stand alones. This book, End Game, will be my first and last Robie/Reel book. Maybe because of the ridiculously high body count, which never seems to end. Maybe it's the character who checked into Rehab for a Methadone addiction (methadone is used to treat heroin addiction)- it turns out that the author meant methamphetamine addiction, a minor gaffe in the scheme of the story, but glaring for a prolific writer and/or the proofreaders of a known publisher. Probably because the protagonists are superhuman and childish at the same time. If your expertise is in plot driven novels, don't muddy the waters with romance novel liaisons.
