Mr Happy is actually a pretty bland character. Fortunately, this book isn't really about him at all. It's really about the character, Mr Miserable, who he meets while out for a walk one day.
Possibly because Mr Happy turns up in a lot of the other Mr Men books, my two year old loves reading about his story too,
