Informative and easy to read tips to incorporate in your daily life, but I would research some of the claims esp the supplement suggestions and skincare. I was interested in a few supplements, but so far have not found scientific evidence of their benefits and for the skincare, some tips and ingredients suggested are irritating to skin.

No, I haven't read this book and don't intend to as I remember Chopra's promise after his first book claiming he would never write another, as his first book covered it all . . .
